Naked morning stretches. These are a permanent part of my routine now and I have to do them every day (slightly adjusted at the mo because my foot is still healing). please excuse the camera faffing at the beginning (I left it in because my pondering face is cute). I ve been experimenting with the best way to film them in our tiny flat but had to scrap the previous version because I couldn t work out how to fix the video rotation. Luckily as I do them every day anyway it s not to hard to re-shoot. Hopefully soon I ll remember to film when I ve got my plug in, training on that is increasing too ;)
