I let my twitter followers pick my afternoon task recently and they went for flexibility training so I recorded it naked for you lovely people. (the automatic timelapse on my new camera seems to be a bit *too* fast so I ll try a different setting next time) (My Owner has me take my collar and cuffs off when I am doing a full stretching routine as otherwise I cant stretch my neck or wrists fully π
